Harborwell collects only the information needed to operate this website and the Get the Good Stuff email. This policy explains what is collected, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Email signup

When you subscribe, Harborwell processes your email address, the interests you select, the page or campaign that led you to the form, the time of consent, and the version of the consent language shown. Resend is Harborwell’s email delivery and subscriber-management provider. Your address is used to send the email you requested and administer your subscription.

Harborwell does not sell or rent subscriber information. It may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the site, deliver email, measure performance, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

Analytics choices

Harborwell offers optional Google Analytics measurement. Google Analytics does not load unless a visitor selects “Allow analytics.” When allowed, it measures page views and engagement and may process device and network information under Google’s terms. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed using the “Privacy choices” button.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link included in a marketing email or request removal by emailing nick@getharborwell.com. Harborwell and its email provider retain suppression information when needed to honor an unsubscribe request and avoid sending unwanted email.

Retention and security

Subscriber information is retained while a subscription is active and as reasonably needed for compliance, security, and suppression records. Harborwell uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
